Delegate zone management to a sub-user

When the authentication of the API user is not correct, the API request will fail with the following status and statusDescription:

If the DNS zone is already delegated to this API sub-user, the following status will be returned:
{"status":"Failed","statusDescription": "The zone DOMAIN.COM was delegated to sub-auth-id NUMBER."}
If you fill in an invalid DNS zone or the parameter is missing, the following status will be returned:
{"status":"Failed","statusDescription": "Missing domain-name"}
