Modify the zone limit of a sub-user.

When the authentication of the API user is not correct, the API request will fail with the following status and statusDescription:

If the sub-user's ID is invalid or missing, the following status will be returned:
{"status":"Failed","statusDescription": "You don't have permission to do that."}
If there is no value added for "zones" or is missing, the following status will be returned:
{"status":"Failed","statusDescription": "The zones field values must be numeric"}
