[RESOLVED] Database problem

Dear customers,

Due to the incorrect bussines activity from LeaseWeb Case Officer Ms. Lesley Koomen our servers in Netherlands were broken and stopped. On these servers were hosted our web, database and backup infrastructure. We lost some of our information from the last 45 days. All paid (premium) accounts are recovered, but we can't recover domain changes from this period, because our backup infrastructure is broken too.

Our DNS servers work now with your last DNS settings, but we can't recover information in our control panel. Every customer who had made changes in the last 45 days, should made them again. If you can't recover your records, please write us at support@cloudns.net or send ticked from menu Support and we will help you to recover all records (We have fresh copies of all DNS zones).

After this case we will stop working with LeaseWeb and will look for new partner in Netherlands.

In the next one month we will make our best to prevent such problems happening ever again. We will make a new big investition for full redundancy of our web and database infrastructure in three different locations at USA and Europe. Thank you for the patience.

Bulk adding of Cloud domains

We adding two options for bulk adding of Cloud domains:

Old way with adding of Cloud domains one by one has been changed. Now you can enter all domains in one request.
You can upload Cloud domains via text file. Domains should be one per row.

Spam filters on mail forwards

Our mail forwards are under a large spam attack for two days now. To protect our mail servers from listing in SpamHouse, SpamCop or other spam lists we have started spam filters. If you have problems with mail forwards do not hesitate to contact us at support@cloudns.net

301 and 302 web redirects

Dear customers,

We have added a new option for headers type of web redirects whithout frame. For every web redirect you can choose between 301 Moved permanently and 302 Temporary redirect. By default already added records work as a 302 Temporary redirect (this is the default type with which the web redirects had been working until now).

Control panel improvements

Dear customers,

We made some improvements of our control panel which include:

Option to change the master domains of the clouds - in your cloud you will see a new icon (cloud), for every domain, from which you can set this domain to be a master.
Title, description and keywords for Web Redirects with frame - this option give you the chance to manage the SEO of the frames.
Save request path for Web Redirects - with this option you can save "/requested_file.txt" in the redirect.

Moscow, Russia - pns5.cloudns.net with IP address 46.38.56.214. The server is recommended for customers in Russia with other 3 or 4 servers in Europe.
Dallas, Texas, USA - pns6.cloudns.net with IP address 184.75.249.242. The server is recommended for USA customers with other servers in USA.
