New Features Added to ClouDNS Status Pages

2026-09-01

Several updates are now available for ClouDNS Status Pages, giving users more ways to follow service availability and stay informed about status changes.

The new Alert Sound option provides an audible notification when at least one check on the Status Page is Down. When enabled, the alert sounds every 5 seconds while a check is Down. If all checks are Up, no sound is played.

Status Pages now also display the latest downtime event. If one of the linked checks has experienced a Down event, the page shows how much time has passed since it occurred. The Latest downtime text links directly to the check where the event was detected.

For Status Pages with Page auto-reload enabled, the header now displays the time of the last page refresh together with a countdown to the next update:

Last Updated XX:XX | Next update in XX seconds

An overall status indicator is also available now at the top of the page. When all linked checks are Up, it displays “All systems Operational” in green. If at least one check is Down, the message changes to “Not all systems are Operational” in red.

The new Full Screen mode provides another way to view your Status Page. It can be activated directly from the page header and switched back to the standard view whenever needed.

If you’re not using Status Pages yet, you can add one for $2/month per page to keep your customers informed about service availability. Activate Status Pages

More updates are coming soon. Stay tuned!
